Coffee enema to go?
Think of a relaxing afternoon with coffee and you’ll probably think of a visit to your local Starbuck’s or Tom Horton’s but how about coffee as a natural cure for a cleaner liver?
Here, NaturalCures’ expert Diane Elms, D.H.M.H.S., CCI, CCII Homeopath, Specialist in Drugless Cancer Care, 2006 Iridologist of the Year and Iridology instructor brings us a whole new take on one of our favorite tipples . . .
Have you ever heard of a coffee enema?
Most people would answer that question with no. It’s not a topic that most people have over coffee with their friends but it is an important topic.
If you have cancer, coffee enemas should be a part of your health and wellness program.
The natural cure for a clean liver
The first thought most people have about a coffee enema is that it’s a colon cleanse. The truth is, that aspect is a very small percentage of what the true power of a coffee enema is all about. The most important benefit of a coffee enema is a liver cleanse.
As stated in a previous article, the liver does about 500 functions in the body. Yes, 500.
It is the largest organ in the body and it actually has the ability to re-grow. You can donate two thirds of your liver and your liver will re-grow. Your liver needs a cleanse every now and then to keep it functioning properly.
When you do a typical liver cleanse with lemon and water or dandelion tea or whatever other liver cleanse you choose, you will be releasing toxins from the liver. But then where do the toxins go? They go into your blood stream and circulate throughout your body. That is why most people when they do a cleanse feel terrible in the first few days.
The coffee enemas allow the liver to release its toxins into the large intestines, which are then released through the rectum. This method avoids toxins being released into the blood stream.
I know you are thinking how the heck do I do a coffee enema? So glad you asked!
