NaturalCures welcomes a new face to the site. Meet contributing author and expert, Nicole Ferguson, M.A.C.H., R.T. M.G.N.I

Nicole Ferguson picNicole is co-owner, director and head therapist at the Bodyworks Practice along with her husband Karl Monahan, also a director.  Her main focus is on digestive and bowel health. Nicole lectures across the UK on the varying aspects of nutrition and heads up the Practice’s Health and Wellbeing Programmes and Detox Packages.

She has been working within the health industry for over 13 years.

Nicole Started her health career off as a Personal Trainer in London and Surrey. She then moved to Australia in 2003 for the best part of four years and studied to become a Nutritionist, Iridologist and Aromatherapist at ACNT in Sydney.

Returning back to the UK Nicole Studied to become a Colon Hydrotherapist at the London School of Colonic Hydrotherapy in 2008. She has since undertaken the Post-Graduate certificate in Colon Hydrotherapy. This allowed Nicole to become a member of ARCH – The Association of Registered Colonic Hydrotherapists.  Who ensure that therapists are properly trained to a good standard ensuring that public are in safe hands.

Nicole has since undertaken many more courses such as: the Emotional Dynamics of Iridology, Functional Medical Testing, nutrition workshops and she is currently studying Herbal Medicine at CNM in London to become a naturopath.

Nicole regularly attends the most advanced and cutting edge nutrition and other therapy-related courses to stay up to date and advance her knowledge.

From this, she now specializes in digestive and bowel health after experiencing her own health issues within this system of the body.

Nicole is now able to share her knowledge and understanding with her clients at her own practice – The Bodyworks Practice, Banstead, Surrey. She is interested in educating her clients on health and wellbeing so they can take control of their own lives.

Nicole is also a member of the: Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists – ARCH, The Guild of Naturopathic Iridologists GNII and the General Naturopathic Council
