There is No Cure for Asthma. Truth or Indoctrination?

In the Western world, we have grown up with the belief that when we’re ill our friendly family doctor will be able to help us. However, we’re slowly waking up to the fact that many doctors, despite their best intentions to ‘first do no harm’, are increasingly becoming glorified drug-pushers for the pharmaceutical industry. This powerful business, which relies on the population to be ill in order to be profitable, has billions of dollars at its disposal for research and development into drugs for all manner of illnesses.

In order to develop effective medicines, it is crucial to understand what is happening in the diseased body for particular symptoms to manifest. In order to ensure long term profits from an illness, it’s important that you shift your R&D focus from finding cures to disease management. For healthy bottom lines, you need to create an ill person’s long-term dependence on your product.

This is where asthma management medicines have become incredibly lucrative. Take a life-threatening condition, which is statistically on the increase, and create drugs which relieve symptoms and help people to live life as best they can with their illness, and you’re on to a winner! If the fruit of your labour can subtly worsen the condition it was designed to manage, all the better for it…

Pharmaceuticals

We assume there is no cure for asthma otherwise our friendly family doctor would give it to us, because she cares about us. She’s been to med school, so she knows. Our well-meaning doctor has only been taught about pharmaceuticals, spent only one or two weeks on the role of nutrition on health, and has not been told about the wealth of traditional medicines and alternative health modalities which have had important roles to play in treating disease in non-Western countries. When much funding for med schools comes from pharmaceutical giants, is it any wonder?

It seems that only a rare species of curious doctor has the drive and inclination to do their own research to track down these gems to bring these natural cures to their patients.

One such doctor is Dr David Williams. Having heard about an effective traditional African remedy for asthma, Dr Williams travelled to the African sub-continent to find it. Empty-handed, he returned to the US, only to be told a few years later that the remedy he had been searching for may have made it to the UK. Dr Williams tested the product to ensure it was what he had been searching for, and found it to be the genuine remedy.

Miracle powder

This remedy had been a locally-sourced ground bark given to villagers by their shaman, Akua Asirifia. News of Akua’s success with this bark spread far and wide, and people would flock to her to receive treatment for their respiratory conditions. Jerry Yamoa™ , Akua’s grandson, grew up witnessing this daily turnover of patients, and when he moved to South London in the early 1990’s to settle and work for Royal Mail, he recalled his grandmother’s remedy when he realised just how many of his colleagues suffered from asthma and hay fever. After much persuasion Akua showed Jerry where to source the bark and how to prepare it, and gave him her blessing to bring it to us in the West shortly before she passed away at the age of 107.

miracle_powderAfter some initial publicity through The Communication Workers’ Union Magazine ‘Voice’, where it was reported that many of Jerry’s colleagues had been able to throw away their inhalers after taking his powder, word soon spread and Jerry’s brand ‘Yamoa™ ’ began to take off. Newspapers ran articles about this ‘miracle powder’ and despite a generally sceptical public, sales increased and awareness began to grow.

Dr. Willams wrote to his 260,000 newsletter subscribers in 2001 regarding Yamoa™ and asthma, and The Daily Mail’s article ‘A Cure for Hay Fever?’ in 2002 also raised awareness of the product for hay fever sufferers.

A natural cure for asthma

Yamoa™ is a safe, effective and in many cases long-term natural cure for asthma that is side-effect free (and light on the pocket when compared to long term asthma management drugs), It has been used by tens of thousands of people worldwide almost exclusively through word-of-mouth and customer referral.

Yamoa™ is now endorsed by the Foundation for Alternative and Integrative Medicine (FAIM), filmmaker, biologist and men’s minister Wade Nolan. Independent scientists, intrigued by Yamoa ’s success with asthma have published peer-reviewed studies into its properties, finding it has unique immuno-modulatory effects, is packed full of antioxidants, as well as being an effective anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic.

To see original testimonials (yes, the scanned images of original letters and emails, not just dubious typed representations!), and to learn more about how Yamoa™ could help you or a loved one, go to www.yamoapowder.com where you can also get a $5 discount on your first order when you mention NaturalCures.com as your referrer, or call +44 1865 355515. Due to EU legislation against Traditional Medicinal Herbs, regrettably Yamoa™ is unavailable to EU residents. Please contact us for more information.
